I never used door hangers.... it was an alert to everyone that there may not be anyone home!!!! 

postcards were my marketing piece of choice and they continue to be.... 4 x 6 postcard....

My recommendation is to begin with "postcards and door hangers" for Jessie Cochran instead and leave Keller Williams Success Realty as the secondary component. 

Door hangers you usually can get free from Title or your Home Warranty company, etc.

I use Impact Marketing (general post cards) & CoreFact for my postcards (Just Listed).

I use BestBuyPrint.com - only ones that I've found that have certain topics for print

Pick the brain of the guru, Barbara Todaro and you won't go wrong!

Blog about your selections.

I would support a local charity for foster children and have them paint the perfect home and send out thanksgiving cards to people and tell them that you support this charity and hope they will too and see what kind of response you get .

Door hangers are not appreciated in my market - but it's the big city where people are worried about break-ins.

Call your local printer.  They can get die cut forms like door hangers to print on.

I would think the company would have some good ideas for you

Whats in it for me...has to be answered by the person receiving your marketing. A free gift is a good start as is a free anything (consultation)?

I've used Prospects Plus for both.

I use the free door hangers from my home warranty company and print a one pager that I staple to it.

I'm not a fan of door hangers but there are endless possibilities for postcards -- Impact Marketing is one that I have used.  I'm sure KW has quite a few vendor connections.  

I like the idea of customizing them with a local printer.

Try Corefact, or Prospects Plus. Plus, I know KW has their own marketing catalogue.

Design your own and pay a local printing company to print them.

Door hanger-free from title company you insert your own card inside.

KW has a source but Gary Keller is getting a cut of it.  Active has an ad 40% off.... Forget the cost.

Our clients use our local printer...(and no they are not more expensive)  They do a better job.  A

Globe Warranty does door hangers I believe & a few other custom postcards. 

Sendsations is the cards I've used. Other than that I do my own in Publisher.
