I am using KWKLY text riders on my signs instead of flyers. I have been able to connect directly with lookers while they are in the area. They seem to appreciate the service and it opens doors and been able to establish a few new clients.

Well let see, I handed out 18 peach cobblers in 4 days to clients that refer people.

nothing new, except for photography.... trying different types of photography for virtual tours on mls....

Two things - expanding my farm and adding a predictive analysis marketing program one year ago.  I know you asked for 6 months but, I typically can't review the ROI for 6 months.  

Improving my mailings has been the best (and by far, the CHEAPEST) addition.  The predictive analysis marketing is quite expensive and has resulted in zero business!

Good luck with whatever you go with, Harry!  I can say, sticking with face-to-face has worked best for me; blogging second best - both are free!

We revamped our expired listing letter and follow up sequence. It is working, however, our market is very slow. 

We also created a new branded website, which we just got a $2M listing from. 

So yes, it works:) 

I posted a rental on Zillow/trulia, a total pain to input the info into their site, but the 4 replies that I got were very complete(they filled out a form).

Probably would not do this for all of mine since it did not get a good return like I get on CS and FB.

Nothing new.

Postcards should be in the mail today or tomorrow.

Matterport, although a very fine 'shiny thing' did not justify investment.

Interactive video is proving hugely successful at 1/10 the cost.

WebVR has proven too hard to make all the elements play well together. Too early in technology curve to invest more into WEBVR at this time.

The above are exploratory efforts, NOT my bread and butter marketing.

No new marketing for me.
