Our company uses a "sign guy."
I've never met him. He sneaks over to houses when no one is looking and all of a sudden, a sign pops up. Then he somehow removes signs when the house closes, and no one sees him them either.
I had a seller call me and wonder why the person who put the sign in didn't stop in to say hi. They were home and never saw him. I said, "no one has seen him." He's a mystery.

Yes, they are $28 each way. I couldn't live without them.
If it doesn't rain here the ground gets hard & no sign goes into the ground for me. Obviously in winter the ground is frozen solid.
