Every day the number increases. It's the homes that should be torn down that are increasing the statistics. Nobody wants to spend that much money to fix them up, so they just sit there increasing the average DOM.

Yep. More inventory. Sellers thought they can price is higher than sold and found everyone except their price do not sell.

Buyers are not stupid they sniff at homes priced high and walk away.
