Yes, I am the contact person for showings and questions.   My desk phone is forwarded to my cell and both numbers are published in the MLS.  

My cell is everywhere so agents and customers can call me when they need.

After all, I answer the phone when the office is closed!

I prefer that agents, prospects and clients call me on my cell. Except for showings. My MLS instructions say to call LO for showings.

We bought that home at a very low price, poor agents do spell OPPORTUNITY for investors.

My cell number is there for questions, but showings are scheduled through an online showing service.  Depending on the client, the requests for showing may go to them directly so they choose to confirm, as it is customary in our market for showings to be scheduled directly with the homeowner.
