As a new agent you need availability to your manager/broker and they must be committed Mentors

One that doesn't hide behind the anonymous while asking a question that doesn't warrant it.

Ask to meet some of the agents and interview the agents. Are they happy there.

When you are new, training is important.  And remember, if you find you've made a questionable choice, switching brokers is really easy.

One with a good training or mentorship program. Good luck with your studies. 

Mentorship availability, BIC availability (and I'm sorry, if you're going with a brokerage with over 100 agents, BIC availability is severely limited!) and a great training program.

You'll want to know the average sales per agent, average sales price per agent and you want marketing provided for you - that should not be in our realm of duties!

Agent turnover should also be considered.

Integrity, honesty and presence and reputation in the community are where I would start then ask about training, support and company goals.

What they say they will do for you verses what they actually will do for you.  Talk to other agents.

Broker offer good training, knowledgeable, ethical.

If he is not available, it doesn't matter what qualities he/she has....yes?

Reputation, agent support, mentorship program. incentives.
