You can provide agents with open house assistance, you can offer to do them with them and bring loan progam information with you, you can offer to pay for some of their advertising if you are included - lots of things I can come up with

It looks as if Ryan Huggins - Thousand Oaks, CA is your public relations rep. Seriously having others tout your "value" and give third party endorsements/referrals underscores what you bring to the table as you consistently improve.  Keep up the obvious good work.  

While I like Mexican food, I'm not much of a taco fan and in So Cal the choices are seemingly endless especially with the abundance of food trucks. Explore!

Question the agents you regularly work with and see how they think you could improve. Then go through this exercise with everyone in your organization then look at the results and make a plan.

Thank you all for your responses....I wrote this not only for reflection of myself but also reflection of others.   Several of you answered with your own personal experiences and that my friends is what this question was all about.  To not only see another person ask the same questions many of us already ask ourselves but to give answers that many of us already tried or were told before.  This was a BLOG Question connection.....what an experience!!  You all rock and amazing in my book!
