I'm saying stick built vs. manufactured off site & driven in.

I thought that the most stuff built off site was better because they solve issues in the shop instead of in the field.

Very amusingly put together.  One needs an erector set for the procedure.  You can get them at Toys "R" Us for the little boys, or at Amazon for the big boys!  A

Those are too tricky terms and I am afraid to go there. Stud framing is also known as stick framing one piece at a time.
