I attended today an event where speaker asked this questions. Many realtors answered what they think. And what is interesting: your experience, your knowledge of area, your negotiation skills, etc. is NOT your UMP!

I got into real estate because I've been doing estate sales since the early 1990s. Now I can sell the house along with the contents.

What sets me apart from the competition.  I am not a competitor.  I will give the shirt off my back to help someone.  I always come from contribution, and am blessed for who God brings my way.  It is not all about the money for me.   I adopt all my clients and pretty much become part of the family by the time we close on a home.  I do go the extra mile, and yes I do help sometimes from my commission.  It's all about taking care of people.

I have started my Real Estate courier in Denver Colorado, and continued after my move to Las Vegas Nevada.  Working for New home builders in both states. I have extensive knowledge of what a home looks like in the ground, and inside your walls.

 I have established Attentive Realty in 2008 representing buyers, sellers, homeowners and tenants.  My extensive knowledge in all aspects of buying, selling, building and managing your home is valuable when it comes to your needs.

 Being an AF Retired Dependent, I have 1^st hand experience what you, our Military Member and your Dependents needs are: moving, getting established, enrolling your children in new schools.  

I have been a free-lance photographer for over 25 years and I am an FAA approved (as of September, 2016) Aerial Drone Photographer. I was a Realtor in Florida for 7 years which helps me understand the Real Estate Agent's needs. I demand from myself above and beyond customer service and guarantee complete satisfaction with my results.
