I don't - not a fan of talking head videos

I attend as many of Nestor & Katerina Gasset (Katerina's) webinars as possible.... I always walk away with new info that I DO apply.... even if it's one thing....

Tom Ferry does a weekly video that I like. I also watch Dave Ramsey's stuff & a few others from FB.

Time is always the problem.

Just LOVE people who say 'I don't have time for podcasts' but don't forget to watch MINE when it arrives because I've got so much great stuff to say - yeah right!

Not any more.   Maxed out.  I would not discourage newer agents (or agents that are not making money) from listening to Podcasts.

I don't listen to real estate podcasts but I listen to a lot of other podcasts. I love podcasts. I listen to them while I am walking, driving, cooking, traveling, etc. 

I had a real estate podcast years ago but I shut it down. Then I had a real estate tips for agents podcast but shut it down. Now I am going to go all the way and finish setting up my Step Up To Your Success podcast at the beginning the first of the year. 

I listen to many podcasts including Pat Flynn's Smart Passive Income, Entrepreneurs on Fire,  Dave Ramsey, the Ask Gary V show,  Nathan Latke,  DM labs podcast, Michael Hyatt, The Get it Done Guy, Social Media Marketing... I am sure I am missing some. Katerina

Yes, especially while I am traveling.  Pat Hiban is a favorite. I did not realize he was a member here until I checked it out.

We listen to the Active Rain podcasts as well as Water Cooler, RE Coaching Radio, and The Boom RE Podcast. I prefer interview podcasts or at least ones in which cohosts talk to each other - not  a fan of the monologue.

Legal hot line and CAR webinars are my priority, also CAR market podcast. 

It might depend on the subject matter. If it's something of interest to me, I would listen or watch e.g. tech or seo stuff. Various formats can work if well done. A good one for me is when the audience can ask questions.

I watch some YouTube ones about some software that I use as well as some topics of interest.  I'm not a big fan of interviews that tend to drag on and I have to wait to get the snippets of useful information in dribbles.

AR University is very well done.

I listen to many of them and the format is much less important than the value of the content.

Many really need to sit down, write a plan, an outline and a script before they get near a camera.
