Yes via the Yoast SEO Plugin on my WP site. If you setup a custom campaign in Google Analytics you can really get a good idea what users are clicking.

From a user standpoint- nothing to see here.... move on... don't fret. 

It is actually great for marketers. We need to know which ads are working, where the clicks are coming from, etc. 

So from the marketer standpoint, it is great for tracking, like Anita Clark explains.

THis is another reason Google is not everyone's favorite search engine. There are websites like Duckduckgo that will not give out your info.  Google is not the only search engine in town. In fact many academic database use sites many have forgotten and they are still around. Two of the product mangers explained to me how they index at night using Unix code before. These jobs are mostly done in India these days.

It has to do with campains and tracking in Google analytics.  Source would be "ActiveRain" medium is "Free/CPC/CPM" Campaign would be the property address... at least that how I used them.  I would create the big long link, then shorten it with my site's URL shortener so people couldn't copy the link and remove the code.

Another concern is with giving coordinates in UTM (Universal Transverse Mercador), is it in NAD27 or WGS84?

I am not sure if it would work with  'incognito' browsing - or some extensions that hide the IP addresses.
