Business opportunities-most buyers are not serious, waste of time. The good ones are gone quickly. I will start charging a fee as coop fee is not always available.
Industrial-warehouse, high tech center. The commission is so low I am stopping that area all together.
On lots -unless it is close to urban. Lake front, mountain retreat. I got a couple. Get a call or two in one year wants to nickel or dime.
Horse property-the horses in Santa Cruz County got out the property. They were eating someones lawn.
Residential work is busy enough.
