I know before I go to bed each night, what the next day will entail.  I always plan for the unexpected though

I plan day by day with my To Do list, but have at least a week in advance on my calendar. Stuff happens, though

With the yearly, monthly, weekly and daily plans and tomorrow will be adjusted tonight.

The week is mostly planned but have some open places for the unexpected buyer or seller to be plugged in.

Guity of winging it a bit lately! Spent my career planning the week. Now relaxing a bit!

It's a combination of both. We block out specific times for meetings, appointments, etc, and then the remainder of the time is used to put out the fires.

I plan day by day myself

 Plan it, but always ready for the unexpected.

At least for next 3-5 days, I want to be booked - and am, usually.

I plan and schedule training classes I want to attend.  Have my list of activities I need to complete and leave time for what may come along.  My grand kids start school next week & I will tighten my schedule.

It's a bit of both. I have appointments to keep, but when time allows I might decide to do something unexpected.

I plan my week but somewhere along the line the plans usually have to be reorganized to allow for unexpected things.

I plan each day but leave some flex time to ensure I do not get overwhelmed when the unexpected occurs.

Hi Harry - I'm a planner by nature, but usually by Monday afternoon, my plans are in a shambles - at least they still provide utility as a to-do list, kind of.

I need to know what my week is.  If I could I would plan the month.

All my commitments are entered on my calendar including catch up and FREE days.  Today is catch up.
