Drive by often as I'm usually in the area of my listings during the week.  Stopping in?  Not so much.  I don't have vacant listings so I don't feel the need.
I'm often amazed at the number of other Realtors For Sale signs off kilter or riders hanging by a thread or falling over.  If I don't see my own signs, I do instruct my Sellers to call me immediately if there is a problem due to weather or vandals.

It depends on the listing, all at least once a week and some more. Banks require once a week while a vacant owner occupied home may ask me to check daily.

That's easy for me because most of my listings are in my neighborhood.  If I take a walk around the block, I pass by four or five of them.  So checking in is never an issue.

Listed homes - not too often unless there's a problem. Vacant homes once every 10 days or so. However, I prefer them all to sell within the first couple of weeks - that would be optimum.
