Not having one. 

Our our office meeting is 3 update posts per week in our private Facebook group. 3 Topics: training, legal & market updates/trends and we watch (videos) at our leisure.

Legal updates.   

We like to have outside vendor present.  We will not allow it to be a promotional session about their company, they must provide some type of valuable training for our agents.

Making them short and to the point!

They are done online. No reason to wate productive time.

Great question that our broker recently asked and I couldn't answer it...  Ours is held once a month and typically includes an outside vendor presentation, food, procedural updates, company stats and the like but honestly there's nothing that the powerpoint distributed later that day doesn't inform me of just as effectively.

Food, fun, facts in that order.  

Our office has the best meetings! Would not miss them. Always valuable information given and we have a great time!

The education the brokers always provides, the sharing of information, and other agents helping each other with ideas and strategies that are working for lead generation, marketing, etc. Once a month works for me!

we might have 2 marketing meetings a year, if agents want it.... if not, there are no office meetings.....

I give great information out that makes the Agents real estate world better for them and have a guest speaker or two.

I like to hear the legal updates from our legal counsel and current market conditions from other associates.

The fact that we don't have them! My valuable time is not wasted! 

We  have them for important topics so it is great.

We have almost 200 agents in our office.  I don't enjoy the big meetings nearly as much as I enjoy the smaller meetings where 4-6 of us bounce ideas off of each other.

We have a good mix of info shared at our almost-weekly meetings. Usually they run just 30 minutes with 15+ agents showing up. Some upcoming listing info helps us get a head start with buyers, and good solutions found for various problems add to our tool kit.

We have three agents in my office. We don't hold formal meetings anymore. We use to, but I kept missing them. Now we will go to lunch or just hang around the front of the office and talk about things.

Our office meetings are valuable to me, because I'm learning what is 'new' that is either in the works for our Brokerage, or for Real Estate in general Wayne and Jean Marie Zuhl.  Also meeting who is 'new' to our particular office is always interesting!         

The fact that we don't have any.  

My office meetings are: online conference where everyone can participate from anywhere.  I like it. 

To the point and the effort I put into them.

Exchange of information is good.

A good plan and agenda, with only value added activities.

We don't have them.  No physical office.

They are not really of value. Last one we did was for an update on using Docusign & it bored me to absolute tears. The person that held the seminar knew less than me & I got her out of a couple of jams in her presentation.

Oh yes, we have 2 lender inside vendors & they also bore me to death.

Not having one.  I've never been a fan. I feel time is better spend doing anything else ... including laundry. 

If clients are not serious, they have no show.

We rarely have office meetings and when we do, they are virtual. New cutting edge information that opens more doors and makes our profitability jump is always welcomed.

We all have answers and meetings can be their marketplace if handled well

The information provided is crucial

They need to engage and convey information in a positive way. We haven't had a meeting in months.
