You should post them as listing in the blog roll. You might have more interest there.

Maybe I should have asked the question in a different way:
How do I find Potential Buyers who do not look in the area where my listings are?
Who knows where Seligman, Arizona is?
Who knows where to find AFFORDABLE land with miles and miles of trails, hunting and open space and NO Nanny-state rules?

You will get much better exposure if you post this as a blog instead of here. This is not the proper place. If you are trying to find AR agents in a certain area, go to the leaderboard for that area and start reading profile and blogs then contact some of them.

That's beautiful country. I don't have buyers looking in your area at this time.

This needs to be a listing blog. Posting this in the q&a section is a violation of the rules man.

As others have answered, this would likely get my eyes when presented as a post. Good luck.

This is a good blog topic for you. This section is not the best place to promote your listings.

Impressive property John, all the best to you as you find the next owner for this celebrity home.

I think you might get more interest posting this as a listing rather than here as a question. What is a rancher?

John, I am going to check with a client who has horses who is in CA. Not sure if she's staying in CA and this might be great. Is the asking price what's listed in the tour link?
