Hi Paul - While our MLS has a mobile app, the desktop version is a lot easier to use - and to see what I'm looking at. If I know I'm going to need mobile search, I'll usually bring my iPad.

Desktop.  Unless I am in the car, and need to find something out in a hurry.  Then I use the smart phone.

At hpme, my laptop, but on the rod most of the time my iPad. iPhone is harder to see even with my reading glasses! LOL

All of my computer time, including online research, is on my laptop.  I think you have to look closely at the statistics that are being reported for non-desktop searches. Many state "mobile devices" which includes laptops, tablets, and smartphones in one big category.  If you've found a source for just mobile phone use I haven't seen it yet.

Depends on several factors.  If it's 2am or 11pm and I don't want to get out of bed for a simple search, the phone.  If it involves lots of typing/reading/tabs or is any kind of serious work, desktop.
