For me, it was a solution to an early mid-life career crisis, and luckily I got pretty good at it!

I am glad I followed this path and took the many side detours into related fields along the way. It has allowed me to grow and learn and make a heck of a good living.

I do remember why I became a REALTOR®, and I haven't looked back.

Hi Tim, been in the business a long time and once I helped by first client, I have never looked back with regret.

Being a RE agent is not  easy, of course, sometimes I wish I had 9-5 job with all benefits, health insurance, retirement plan, paid vacations and off-work weekends and guaranteed pay. 

I went to work for  a property management, loan & construction company. Getting a license came natural. NO way on different road. Why? I found Rome...the place where all roads lead to

Probably want to be a consultant charge agents arm and a leg to improve their salesmanship. Some agents do not mind.

I asked a similar question. I became a Realtor because I wanted more freedom in my schedule and I wanted to have more control over my income.

Still happy that I am on the road to success in real estate.

No, not really! It is the path I have chosen!

I liked the idea of flexible schedule.

It was a "post" career, so it's okay.

It was a career and life style change and I do not regret the change.

I think I would have been a great appraiser

No regrets at all. It was a second career for me, and I wish I started sooner.
