I use an iPad all the time, especially when showing...it comes in handy when a buyer says "why isn't that house on our showing list?" ("Uh, because it's $300,000 over your price point and under contract.") I take it to settlement so if I need to pull up a document for any reason, I just access Dropbox and there it is. Oh - and what Kat Palmiotti said - I also use it with Open House Pro for Open Houses.

I use the iPad for open houses and bring it to listing appointments so I can show the details/pictures of comps. I prefer using my laptop for everything else though.

I never used one. Am so used to the smaller sized pc's on which I can type easily. When I'm on the road, my 2 iPhones do everything for me. "2" you might ask? One for my Hawaii brokerage and one for my California brokerage. Two separate AT&T acccounts.

I use mine when I am on the road and don't want to take my laptop. It's great for sending emails, and transferring files to dotloop. I also use mine on listing appointments and showings and any other time I don't want to carry large amounts of paper.

I use my ipad daily. When I show property my listings are there and easy to read (old eyes can't see them on phone), I use it to text instead of my phone if I'm at my desk. And yes, I watch hulu while I keep working on my desktop. And stream the news too.
