Depends - if they are out of town and only here to see condos - up to 6, if they are relocating looking for homes and renting - 3-4 a day

But really it depends on the customer and the situation - I've shown as many as 10 in one day to one customer - they wanted to put in 3 offers and they were cash buyers

It depends on the situation:  Relos can take all day.  Locals only a few at a time.  

I once had a relo come to town and "warn" me she made her last agent show her 60 homes.  I point blank told her I would NOT show her 60 homes, that I would find them the perfect home long before that.  It's an interesting story about listening to the client and knowing the inventory.  I did find them the perfect home within a very short period of time.

I tell buyers we can 6 to 8 during one 3-hr window, assuming they're not too far apart.  Because any more than 3 hours and ppl just can't absorb any more.

It depends.  If it's houses, I think people start going sideways after three or four.  But with condos, especially if you have several in the same building, it can be more than that.

Relo: Some days, you're just touring the area and the sights.  They take a bit more homes before they write, just because they don't have intimate knowledge of the areas.

It depends upon the Buyer.  If I have an "in and out" Buyer, maybe 8 or 10.  If it's a Buyer who takes 45 minutes to walk around a house with his arms folded, then maybe 3 or 4.
