Annie Adjchavanich - if the product does not exist, place it in appropriate catagory and you'd receive an email from Support that the product is now included in this category.

I have done that for a few products in past - and it has worked like a charm.

The product review section was pretty easy to follow but not sure the process is working well and they seem to have changed how it works for submitting a review. I submitted one a while ago and it took a couple of months for a response. Looks like some other good answers below!

What Praful Thakkar said... it's really quite easy to do and I've done it several times. Just put the product under the correct category.

Looks like you are getting some good advice!

If your review is for something that is not in one of the existing categories you need to REQUEST a review be permitted. There's a link to contact staff to make the request but it's easy to miss it on the product review page. I've waited weeks to get a reply from them but all were approved. Hope they're responding faster now.

You previously could add a review... but the feature seems to be goofed up.

I believe you have the answer at this time. Always great to write product reviews so others learn about that producet.

You can add a new porduct but you have to search for it first under product reviews. Then add a product will come up if it isn't found.

Go to the section and search for the type of product.  I typed in battery charger and nothing came up, however a button appeared to Add a Product.  Click that and have fun!

I don't think that the product review section has ever been used very much.  I never go there myself.
