My company has never had them. We have a company-wide meeting twice a year, but no sales meetings ever. (One major reason I like being there.) Our attitude is that top agents are busy selling and don't need to spend time in the office at a rah-rah meeting.

We use to do meetings. Then we stopped. But we are such a small office, it's easy enough to get us together to discuss something. 

I am a very small company and I do quarterly meetings more often is needed.  But I meet with each agent individualy every month

Yes & good riddance. It is not your managers job to motivate you - it's yours. I don't think that weekly meetings were very productive at all. We also used to tour all our new listings.

Our meetings are once a month maybe with a discussion sheet. Only those items are talked about.

Every Monday at 9:30AM Debbie and we discuss each others success and failures. The first Monday of each month they give us a really nice breakfast and I really enjoy going.

We have monthly meetings. They always have vendor in for some type of learning - staging, appraisals, etc. Sometimes there is training - blogging, online marketing. They also announce top producers each month - transactions and volume

We have a business meeting with my broker once a month but my team meets almost everyday. We discuss leads, co tracts and marketing ideas. Our team meeting is very useful. I think the meetings three days and each team mate runs it one day. 30 minutes max.

Every week, breakfast is usually served and there is always a lot of great info shared. 

We have them twice a month and are not to be missed! Great information and we have fun!! Wouldn't miss them for the world.

Meeting & tour every Monday unless it's a holiday.  The CEO, Hoddy Hanna, is visiting the four Erie offices tomorrow

Once a month there is one - I seldom go since the office is out of the way for me, unless I'm going to be in that area

I host a 30 minute company meeting every Tuesday morning with my business partner and ever other Wednesday mornings with my coach.

Our Broker has over 900 agents, no meetings for this group!

Think of the past for alot of companies.

We still have them at our company, and I think the other offices (part of our company) do, too.  They are just not all on the same day.  They are pretty interesting as weekly statistics are always mentioned (how many homes sold, how many new homes listed, etc.), a weekly real estate question, new meetings that our manager attended on real estate topics, introducing someone new to that branch office, agents having an opportunity to talk about up-coming homes and newly listed homes, someone visiting from a title company, a home warranty company, etc. where breakfast may be provided, followed by a Home Tour.  A small portion of our office attends these meetings, and once a week, 1-1/2 hours is not alot to devote to being part of the office, for me, Debbie Reynolds.  

Our corporate office has quarterly meetings. They generally have breakfast, speakers and a big Ra-Ra session to get everyone charged up. Our local office tried to have regular meetings but not many showed up.

We have weekly meetings.  Sometimes we have a vendor.  Either way it's on a popular Broker's Open day and we can caravan.  No meeting in July & August.  Our office and agents use our office email often, like group text. Works well.

Yes! And we have them via online conference. It is the same as ''regular'' meetings, but you do not to drive anywhere:)

My last office did, not so much at this one.

My company is very small and we see each other or talk to each other daily.  I don't recall a time in the last 20+ years when my broker had one of these to attend while he was working for another company.

We have them once a month but not in the Summer.

They are for me.  I don't hold them with myself 

I honestly never like attending them ... and rarely did. 

As a 30 year old family run biz we rarely ever have any formal meetings of any type. We're all so connected at the hip and know what our respective job descriptions are and spend so much time together that the last thing we need are meeting. No, we have online courses, but that is it, other than regular smokers.

They are slowly going away!

I believe they are a thing of the past at this time. I am sure there are companies still do it.

We have sales meetings once or twice a month. Their purpose is to disseminate information.

We have a weekly meeting.  Our brokerage niche is investors and we use the majority of out time to discuss deals we are working on.  They are well attended. We do not allow vendors to come in and just pitch their services.

Our office has started having them again, but no set schedule. Twice a month seems to be the target. I'm not sure how many agents are showing up because I haven't gone to any. The last one was held at a winery over 1.5 hours from here.

Every other week on a Wednesday @10:00amhowever it's also our caravan day so very strange time of day to have it.  My day starts early and I'm typically scheduled so I hardly ever circle back to attend a meeting.  If it's really important I will schedule it in.

I have a tough time getting my people to show up at the office, some show up once a year with a stack of folders just to coordinate our files and let me know what is going on.

My brokerage does not bother with the formality.... Many brokerages have monthly or bi weekly.....
