Favorite Utah school question. You got the water, we have the drought and fault lines.

The subsurface rights is whoever is inside the fault line stay down there for awhile. May be they will find some silicon, little is left on the surface.

Subsurface rights really aren't an issue around here. While Washington, DC's main product is hot air, it's not from sub-surface natural gas deposits!
