I'd buy investment property for myself. Probably rough it a little in Tahiti til I got bored.

Knowing what I now know and had money to invest, I would buy every foot of land on the island of Manhattan.

I'd invest in real estate, at a much faster rate than I already do.  I'd use my license to save on fees and to manage my own properties.  I got my first rental because a managment company was embezzling funds.  Lady lost six homes because of it, including her residence.  I don't trust anyone other than me to pay my bills.

With a great big, really big pile of money I would focus on being a BIG Pain in the A$$ to politicians and office holders who lack the courage to govern.

I would be more involved in real estate investing, and would set up trust funds for my daughters and the grandkids. I would get much more involved in philanthropy

I would not be an active agent... retired twice in my life already and maybe if I won that much money retirment would finally "take." No sitting on beaches for me as I'm allergic to the sun. And no pina coladas... too fattening. But I'd figure out something to do... 

the first thing I'd do is set up trust funds for each of my grandchildren and great grandchild....then I'd take care of my three children... 

my license would stay active .... I'd do something of much greater magnitude with real estate....

Interesting question Steve Snyder!  I would go back to doing volunteer work that 'calls' to me, which is working with animals.  I would also do donations to animal shelters that are just barely getting by, so that they could continue their great work(s), and not have to close.  I would sponsor and assist in set-up of more affordable Grief Programs that we not just related to losing a loved one, but to anyone suffering any type of loss, as there are many.  I would love a place small on the Islands (a condo), and still keep our home in the desert.  I would remain an active agent to still be able to help Roger, and would focus on where my passions are . . .

I would pay off my debts and purchase some turn-key real estate.  I would continue in real estate and also probably pursue my ministry goals of helping others make quality decisions in life.

If I won the lottery, I would pay to have everyone to stop killing each other, and sit down, hold hands, in the spirit of peace and understanding and sing that song about wanting to buy the world a coke.

If I won big money, you know there would the the sitting down, holding hands and singing thing.  And then I would pay Donald Trump, and Hillary Clinton (both) to drop out of the race, and Pay to have Abraham Lincoln brought back from the dead to become president.  I know he was republican, but he was a centrist republican, and I can live with that.

If I won really big money, first, of course, would be the sitting and signing stuff.. the second would be honest Abe, and the third would be to purchase my own Island, preferably in the Hawaiian Islands, with plenty of rum drinks with umbrellas and scantilly clad young wahines

Would I continue to be an active agent?  Well, if you consider non-stop  mai tai's and lying on a beach, being rolled-over every 15 minutes and oiled by those very same drink-toting wahines... then, sure!!  I'd remain active.

I do that now while I am a broker. Who says we have to work out of an office? But in the unlikely event that I did? Have no clue what I would do! In my world, I've always had to work for my $ but included a lot of fun with it.

I would take care of family first, invest in a lot of land, look into other ventures, donate to some causes I believe in, and probably manage most of it from a place in the mountains or the beach. I would stay involved in real estate because there's too much money in it to not turn my money into more money. 

Steve, when I was younger and building a business, I would have stayed and worked. Today, I'm older, have a successful business I can pass on. Where's my flip flops? I would make sure my kids and grandkids were taken care of before I slipped off into the sunset. 

I would probably keep working as having retired twice there is only so much golf, boating etc. No to the Pina Coladas but there would be alcohol involved.

I'm with you Steve and would continue to invest in real estate. I would have a few small homes in my favorite places, provide for my children's futures, keep my real estate licenses (CA, TN, FL) active and go visit the places on my bucket list with my husband.

I would use ALL of it to buy medical related real estate and medical equipment. The business/mission would pay great dividends, and not just money wise.

Keep working/playing - production is the basis of morale.

Great question! I would keep my license for referrals, but I wouldn't continue to buy and sell.

I would be the absolute luckiest guy in the world if I won the lottery as the number of times I have purchased a ticket can be counted on two hands(maybe one hand and a finger actually).   I''d likely need to give it all away since there must be some kind of karma - miracle thing occurring.  

Steve - I would certainly do a lot more investing in real estate, and would continue to help others buy, sell, and invest in homes.

Pina coladas baby, forever...

I'd start a number of charities first, then would set my parents up for life, help my sisters, invest for my kids, and travel. I'd invest in real estate and probably keep my license for that reason. 

I would invest in real estate too. I'd still be in the business though.

I would pay some bills, buy a house, and put the rest into a fund, perhaps a trust fund.  Then I'd find a way to advertise that the money is available for transformational projects.  I'd get a Board to oversee giving out the money.  Of course, I don't buy tickets, so the chance of this actually happening is next to nil....  Great question, Steve Snyder, and thanks for sharing your wild plans too.  Very generous of you to share without being asked; that was great!

I would keep my license but probably refer my business to associates. My time would be busy investing in real estate and developing. It would be fun.

I would keep my licenses active, purchase property including land.  Become a silent .. well maybe not so silent partner with my youngest son's business.  Of course set my children up for their future and spend more fun time with family & friends.  Volunteer and travel when I could.

I love this job.  I would still work and feel absolute freedom to speak my mind with my clients.  Who would care if they fired me?

If I won the lottery today, by all means I would be very giving to certian areas of my community and family.  Certianly, I would become the owner of many properties for investment purposes. One never knows but I'm sure it would all fall into place of where my priorities would be. 

I would be an active agent but would be my largest customer.

Not a question that I get serious about since I invest most of the dollars that I earn in real estate and other business ventures, and have never purchased a lottery ticket.

I would still work  . . . BUT. I would buy a DX Express (that's 'wrestle-speak' for a very deluxe RV) that I could work out of from anywhere . . . and do a lot more trolling the country. Set up my animal sanctuary, overpay a couple of great people to keep it, a couple of other charitable foundations and my office running in my absence, and go when/where the spirit moved me.

I would do the same; invest into my career. I would travel the world, meet different kinds of people and experience different things but I would ultimately get bored with not doing anything business related.

I would keep my license active. I've thought about this A LOT.  I would not continue to list and sell real estate as I have to generate income.

My wife been playing it for 30 years. She got $2 again, I did not want to count her losses.  

BTW: That local Viet store sells cheap slippers, DVDs someone walked in and won $100M not long ago.
