There are about 20 listed in here, and I know almost all of them.  They are great role models.

I'm stuck on "best" ... which in my mind may be defined differently by difference people.  If you spend enough time in the Rain and watch what others are doing ... you will see and decide for yourself.  I wish you all the best. 

It depends on what kind of blogging topics you are inquiring about. If it is for the agent community here on ActiveRain like how to market yourself online or if it is a shining example of consumer marketing through blogging- those may not be one and the same agents or teams. 

As far as bloggers who really pay it forward on ActiveRain to fellow agents for marketing I really love to read Anita Clark  on Facebook marketing. 

 Barbara Todaro  is the best offline marketer and shares vast amounts of great content about that topic. 

Debbie Gartner has great content for SEO and buiding your business blog and so does  Bill Gassett 

There are two who come to mind ....

Nestor & Katerina Gasset (Katerina)..... there is no one better...she's an SEO expert.... she does it all....and is well-versed ....if you were wise, you would give her a call and have a conversation with her.... I'm sure she'll leave a comment here along with her cell phone.... 

next in line, in my opinion, is Bill Gassett .....Bill walks the talk....

Katerina does also, but she teaches, coaches and mentors any and all specific topics related to SEO.....

What works in Napa, does not work in Santa Barbara, Boston, Naples Florida, etc.  We have worked on branding and marketing in many states and each is unique.  Even market reports are unique and different...There is no one size fits all.  A

It depends what you are interested in reading or are you interested in modeling your blog after good bloggers?

The best blogging advice I have received is to find and develop a niche to set yourself apart from others in your local market. "Best" is subjective...found online and hired is what we should seek (IMHO).  Thanks for the mentions. ;-)

To determine what or who is best, you have to ask what is it you are looking to accomplish. I have a good 10 blogs I read every day. Some i learn from, some i am entertained by, some i visit to interact, some i visit for inspiration, others I love to hear their stories. 

What is best? What is the criteria for best? Not sure of this one.

I'd suggest to check leader-board for your state or any other states you are interested in and call members directly to ask about their experience and blogging achievements.

Most people informed me market reports and neighborhood info makes the phones ring.
