Apparently Z got around the Warren Buffet's effort to block syndication through Listhub. Z gets a rets service and get its Premiere agent to show unless you are with Coldwell Banker. Z's cost is like $2.5K a month per mls site.
The NAR owns all mls sites and realtor.com is the default source. So NAR can not block it?

Don't know... our MLS has had no contract with Zillow for two years. We don't syndicate to them. RE/MAX does and it's been a mess, especially vis-a-vis Trulia. I've shut off that feed from RE/MAX, as well.

I'm not sure. I'll have to see how our MLS does it, but we no longer use listhub for syndication. Our MLS CEO reached an agreement with zillow about the use of our data, and now we have more control over it. So we probably have a live feed. I guess it would be better for everyone.
