If I look only at my blog there is no definative answer to that question.    Depends on the mood of the group

I have not kept track of it, but I do get annoyed when I see the same question being asked over and over!

I think it varies. A well asked question, on any topic, can spark some great discussion. 

THose that are requesting feedback, opinions, or help related to our business

Business I think.

There's nothing like a riparian rights question to start the floodgate of answers rolling along....

Requests and pictures of homes held together with duct tape, bailing wire and crutches!

Help, trivia quizzes and some humor Qs I think.

I like all types except maybe the quesitons that has been asked 10 times this week.

Common Interest Topics.

I have not studied this type of metric.

I skip most of Utah Qs and state specific Qs. Not sure, yet what is the most popular ones in here.

I am going with a tie between rudeness in comments and Utah Students

I've never tried to track them!  It seems like the Utah students are taking less abuse,, but I'm wondering if there are fewer snarky comments - and fewer total comments.

Peter,  I seem to get more comments on my Friday Funnies ... easier to read and more engaging ... but wait ... this is a real estate community. 

You are 'Killing' me with this one Peter Mohylsky You forgot to mention Spam Market reports.

I have generated many leads when I speak about real estate investments.

Last on the list, Utah real estate students and anonymous. I pay no attention!

No idea.

Asking for help - this is a very helpful community

Problem solving questions I think.

Probably the common interest topics.

Business - perhaps with a drop or two of humor

Business, humor and students/anonymous, all rolled out day after day.  Sometimes same question is simply rephrased by the questioner; other times it is just another Utah student asking same question as his classmate asked last week or even yesterday.

Bottom line -- we still answer the question.  Maybe it's the points or maybe it's just plain old FUN.

Something silly.

Utah two blogs. I got 3 and the other agent got 46 two days later. Mine was a full blown quality content with references and stats. My  iPhone7 got just enough. Some seems to make remarks on their own Q&A.

However, if I make comments like realtors are overpaid I will likely get 214,000 disagree comments.

Probably business, I think.

I like human interest stories, lessons learned and practical/functional items

My thought is the Business Questions seem to generate the most comments.  I learn from the business topics and do enjoy the humor, too Peter Mohylsky.  I think the Common Interest can be subjective, and the lack of response from the Real Estate students makes one wonder if they even read what is written, since they never comment back.
