My android phone. Videolicious or Magestro apps are good for easy editing.

I hire a local firm that will do drone shots and supply the video and individual pictures plus a town tour for $350.00 well worth the cost on the more expensive home.

I jsut use photos since I'm not a pro videographer - I abhor videos that "jitter"

I just use my phone, and sometimes it even automatically edits it for me.

Debra Leisek - currently, I am using a software for my animation videos of market reports.

I do 'create' panaromic effect using some software - when it comes to listing pictures.

Somehow, I am still not very comfortable 'showing' everything about the house in a video - yet.

I use my Canon Video cam. It has an excellent microphone and I can use microphones and an extra light.

I use a camera and edit with Adobe Elements.

I don't do video's and if I did i would use a quality video camera

Hi Debra - You might want to contact Craig Daniels , who has an awesome on-line video series that he did with Debb Janes. They cover equipment as well as shooting technique and processing, and it will really get you off and running.

The easiest is probably your phone.

Canon HD Vixia.

Use a Tripod.

Use proper lighting (plenty of tutorials on YouTube and the Internet).

Get some decent editing software.

I use my Nexus 6p if I'm doing a video of a particular feature (like a waterfall).  For virtual tours I use a regular camera with a video function on a tripod and I use youtube's editor to piece them all together.

Get a professional. Write a script first. 

I use my Sony and Canon cameras. I will use my iPhone for fun videos to share on YouTube or with family but not for my business

I have a video camera, but I find that my iphone is just as good and so much easier, in nearly all ways. I just signed up for Animoto. I'm looking forward to trying out their platform.

You have great suggestions here from the community.  It is not so much about the taking of the subject, it is about the editing.  That is why there is an Academy Award for editing.  Editing tells the whole story of any video.  A

I know many agents use GoPro. I am making a simple green room in my office to create more videos.

my videos are done the easy way on Realbird....using Animoto.... and exporting them to You Tube....that's my speed!!

I don't make videos for listings, sorry.

I have a nice video camera that I bought about 8 years ago. It is a prosumer Panasonic 3 chip camera. I use Premier Pro (Adobe software). I have accumulated quite a bit of equipment over the years and it has become a neat hobby.

I use GoPro and my cellphone for videos.

Use whatever is easily available.

I have not used it.

I would read the blogs by Debb Janes EcoBroker and Bernie Stea JD. 

I have a decent camera tha I  use for my branding photos. And I use movie maker for my editing. 

I use my trusty Nikon DSLRs.
