I always did back in MA, but here in CA we do not have a closing table - everything is handled behind the scenes. But I am sure to be in touch with my sellers as soon as the deed transfer to the new owners is recorded to congratulate them on their sale!

No closings here.  We have escrow.  I take off my sign and lockbox and hide the key somewhere or title it to the buyers agent.  That's our deal here.

those for whom I market do attend the closings....I always represented builders and their attorneys did the closings....

If we are the LA we do attend our Seller's COE.  If we are the BA we do attend our Buyer's COE.  Both are never the same day nor time, as these two people do not necessarily meet each other.  If we are representing both sides, we go to two different COEs Praful Thakkar.

Like Jeff Dowler CRS and Inna Ivchenko we rarely have face-to-face closings here. But I enjoy meeting my buyer clients to hand them the keys and I always call to congratulate my sellers.

We do not attend closings usually, I meet usually buyers with recording is confirmed to hand them keys and thank for their business. 

We do not have Closings like in MA we are all done with the paperwork throughout the escrow period... when I had my license in MA yes I attended every closing....Endre
