What CRM system do you use and why do you use it opposed to others? For the past 7 years I have been using Top Producer 8i, recently I have not been happy with service. Thank You for your input

I haven't liked the name brands either. I use a combination of Excel, MailChimp (free version) & legal pads with check marks. The main idea is to prospect. If the big companies help you do that then great.

It is cheap, as in free with ms office
dont have time to enter all my stuff into a system that I am not sure about getting married to.
