I am pretty sure I still hold this record, with over 3,100 comments on  post I wrote back in 2008 about...how to get over 100 comments on blog posts. I think they took it down because it wouldn't load anymore.

You used to be able to sort the blog posts by most comments, but the page took forever to load. Now you can only do for past 12 months, and under that time period is one from Ben Kinney announcing he had just bought AR

As I recall Greg Nino had a post with a huge number of comments, but I think Jason Crouch did as well

Very easy to do this Fred, just go to your stats page and sort by that column.

I once had eleventy billion comments on a blog I wrote that went viral.  I made exactly $40 from that blog!

I suppose there is a way to look that up, but I will just take a wild guess - I remember years ago Jason Crouch had a long running blog with a number of comments.  I'm going to say perhaps that was it.

I was going to say I was sure it was Jason, but other beat me to that.

The best I've had was in 2013 with 227 comments and 10,004 views

Mine are too humbling and embarrassing to contribute but I'll certainly be tuning in for the results.

Our highest number of comments was 181, but our most viewed was 28,603.

I had several contests posts early on that got around 300. 

Looks like Jason Crouch has the record. The most I ever received, I think I was getting close to 200.

384 comments for the Scratch the itch with Rich contest...funtimes too

I decided to test a theory and write a very polarized blog that rubbed a lot of people the wrong way back in 2011. It was my most commented on post but not my most viewed. 167 comments/1849 views vs. my most viewed post received: 5,910 views but only 10 comments, I found that interesting.

Good question as i have never gone back to really look. Most days i am happy with 10 though averaging 20-30 as of late. Going over 100 i can do a flip

How do you even do that? The posted date is limiting me to 12 months. I was thinking it was Nino's or my friend here in DFW Amanda Hall, but I was also thinking that was a few years ago. I don't even know how to find those treasures that far back... But funny stuff, for sure! :)
