If they are jpeg photos just rename them. You would want to do that anyway for maximum SEO and label them to the property. You know the search engines read these alt tags.

Debbie Reynolds has a great answer. Same thing when you load here on AR special characters not allowed. Although we are all special characters.

I would remove the parentheses. It does not like those types of symbols. A

You will have to rename the photos so they don't have any 'characters' in them. Just regular letters and numbers. Google is also giving heavy weight to photos now. So naming them with something your target audience might be searching for is a really good idea. For example...Stone Mountain Village Delta CO homes for sale

You can rename them individually or use a program that will do it automatically.

You'll have to go in and rename them all. 58 is a lot to do, but I don't know any other way...

Joe Kendall rename to something simple - no special characters, I think.
And I hope the size of the pictures is okay....too. It saves upload time.

Joe, it is likely that you already have a photo with that name. The system can only have one file name "1.jpg" in it's system for you. What you need to do is call them "Address 1.jpg" Not only will it help your SEO, but it will help you find them in six months when you want to post that one photo again...

You have to rename photos. Just number them 1...58 with an address of the property.

Two answers that will work Joe Kendall
One is make a name that is using only text and numbers
EX. 1313 mockingbird Lane 1, and then 2 etc.
Try a different browser. If you are using IE try Firefox or Chrome. I promise this will work and if you need more help please let me know.

If I'm reading your question correctly, I think Debbie Reynolds has provided you with the method I have used.
