Yes. Deadlines that I can't change are the best.

Everyone does. That's why so many people procrastinate. But it is quite stressful to wait till the very last moment. I'm not a fan.

Often anticipate issues so the dead line is often someone screw up to say the least. That applies to everything I do.

I'm not fond of deadlines! I plan ahead and set my own deadlines.

I tend to be able to just meet the deadlines but other times I can finish a task well before it is due.

   Think about the lexicology of the word.   Dead.  Line.  You cross it, or fail to cross it, you are dead.

I set my own time-line and deadlines.  I don't do well with someone else setting a deadline.

For certain tasks, yes.  Taxes seem to be the biggest one for me.

It always seems that way but often things can be overlooked and drive you crazy during your absence.

I like to get the work done as soon as I can so it is done long before a deadline.

Carol Williams - I self-impose deadlines if they are not given to me otherwise.  That's really the only way I can get things done. If the priority isn't set and I have all the time I want to complete something it might never get accomplished. In my line of work it's easy to over analyze and want just one more item of evidence.

Deadlines are a reminder that time is a factor!
