Carol,

I don't like them.  I am not inspired by deadlines.  We love planning ahead, and it makes us chronically early...to everything, meetings, the airport, etc.  A

I have everything laid out and scheduled.

Often anticipate issues so the dead line is often someone screw up to say the least. That applies to everything I do.

Carol Williams - I self-impose deadlines if they are not given to me otherwise.  That's really the only way I can get things done. If the priority isn't set and I have all the time I want to complete something it might never get accomplished. In my line of work it's easy to over analyze and want just one more item of evidence.
