IDX Broker is good IMO because it has a widget that allows the clients to drill down to the specific number of bedrooms. If you take a good hard look at the other ones they can only choose 1+, 2+ 3+ etc in their searches online.

I hate them all. Just went thru a few of them a few years ago & am still crabby.

I think they cost too much also considering they tap into our own MLS, etc.

I actually pull the RETS feed directly from my MLS for $40 a month and have my web folks use it in the format I choose that is indexable
