IDX Broker is good IMO because it has a widget that allows the clients to drill down to the specific number of bedrooms. If you take a good hard look at the other ones they can only choose 1+, 2+ 3+ etc in their searches online.

I think they cost too much also considering they tap into our own MLS, etc.
