I pick realtor.com, as my mls syndicates to them and not to zillow or trulia. So the search results at realtor.com are much more accurate. Also, as a listing agent, I find realtor.com's customer service much more helpful to resolve any issues.

I would have to say Realtor.com -- although I don't understand why the option wasn't asked about MLS which all of us have.  Why go to another source?  I use IDX on my websites.

when I was active, I used Realtor.com and bought the featured spots for my town.... big bucks for those....I had all of them.... 

today, those for whome I market insiste upon using Z and T.... that's their decision....I make the phone ring anyway, so it doesn't really matter to me.

Realtor.com...They are the most Professional of the 3 and have the best info.  The other two are just lead gen sites and not Professional at all and the inof is usually way off

The general public most often goes to Zillow, so I would too. That way I can also explain away all the erroneous stuff ie. "nope, there is no loan set up for this listing, that is strictly an ad" and how they most probably came up with their "Zestimate" and I prove to them what the ACTUAL market value is right now with a CMA.

R.c as the new interface is much better. Just added my profile the other day & it's alot easier & DIDN'T have double listings like Z.

Either or , I go w/ REALTOR.COM better reputation and more accurate info than the Z....

I agree with Praful Thakkar -- MLS is missing but if I have  "ABSOLUTELY HAVE to --- I'd choose realtor.com.

The next best choice will be a local service that gets MLS feed every 15 minutes...

If they are syndicated for free, I send mine everywhere.  For paid placement, I have had enhancements on R and T in the past but never renewed them.  I did re-up on R but it expires today and will stay that way since they are trying to triple my rate!

As much as I want to say Realtor.com because I am a member of the board, the buyers just don't check out that site.  At least in my area. Unfortunately Zillow and trulia are very popular among buyers, I personally dislike zillow and find the whole site dishonest, so reluctantly (like picking a president these days) the lesser of the two evils is Trulia. 

I do like that since signing up on the trulia site and verifying my listings, it notifies me that it was made live and then asks me to verify it when it sells so it will show up on my profile.

REALTOR.COM in a heartbeat!  True fact: I use the Realtor.com app when I'm in the field because the board's MLS app is horrific and VERY error prone.  The website is decent though but for a quick "What's that house across the street" Realtor can quickly pull up the info.  I use Realtor.com because it gets data from my MLS directly so I know that for sure 100% of the listings are there and if they say active they are accurate (now if they could only separate out CYB from active, that would be WONDERFUL!).

It's frequent that a buyer finds something on Z or T and wants to go see it but it's already gone. Realtor.com doesn' t have that problem.

I've been successful with Zillow/Trulia so I'd probably stay with them, but I'd rather not choose.  Full syndication to the broadest possible market is what I strive for. 

I would go with REALTOR.COM, they have been around a lot longer than the other two.

I am with Nina Hollander on this one.  I will add that I don't like any of the choices ... if I had had had to choose one ... it would be Realtor.com with the CONDITION that NAR stop the dumb-ass commercials with Mr. Phil Dumb-phy.

After I've had all my shots and everything thoroughly sanitized, up to date with all the church stuff, alias established, and barriers in place, I would use Zdevil.

I know a lot of buyers use Redfin because I ask them so I guess them  but to me the more the merrier and so I'd hate to loose any of them.
