The secret sauce is within each one of us.  It is inimitable, unique, just like your DNA.  Some of us know ourselves and know how to use the secret to set us apart, some of us are not aware that we are unique and just copy everyone else, some of us don't want to know the secret...there is nothing to share here.  You either express yourself or you don't.  Done right it works, done wrong it alienates.  We just talked about that in our post of LeBron James, the subtitle was LeBron-LeBrand.  A

True story..went on a listing appt this morning, the sellers tell me that they are interviewing 2 other agents after me..so..I talk about my marketing plan, etc. then we chit chat some more. Then,  told them I am going to get an italian beef sandwich around the corner from them and as I am leaving..lol..I got the listing!!!! I believe it's because they love those italian beef sandwiches too.  who knew???

I only respresent t buyers in an office that only represents buyers, never sellers.  No conflict of interest, so I never talk about both sides of my mouth...only .0002% of agents can say that.
