It isn't possible as far as I'm aware. We refer to a custom "Addendum" in the limited space provided, and then attach the Addendum as part of the contract.

Zip is very restrictive. You can not even download a blank listing or purchase contract without a name. They tell you it is the new law. Don't try.

It's difficult and doesn't do everything I would like for it to, but it's what we have to use!

No, Zipforms are locked to the content provided to them by the issuer as they are typically promulgated forms and not authorized for any changes to be made.

at what point are you trying to modify the document, before of after it has bee signed? you can save the document as PDF within zipforms and use a pdf editor to make the modifications and upload the document back into zip forms.

Yes. It is possible. Fill out the signatures or initial lines. Then press the txt box and fill the content. Lastly, move or drag the box over to where you want the text to be added to on the blank spaces provided.

Henry Carmona Are you talking about adding custom text to special provisions?
1,502,998
It is possible. When setting up the esign after inserting a signature block somewhere on the page if one does not exist, you then add in the text field. You can make it multi-line or single line.

I do not use either. Does Zipforms not have a support forum or technical support line?

They all take some training to know how to use them. Some more than others.

I add custom text in Zipforms frequently. Tried DotLoop but for my business ZipForms was much better.

I've been using Zipforms for years and never had any issues. I'd suggest to call their staff, they always super helpful. They also have zillions tutorials for anything.

I finally received a reply from support confirming what most of you have stated. And so, i just subscribed to DotLoop.
Dotloop was included in my office fees with my previous broker, now i will be paying monthly for it. I don't mind, im used to it, and it does what i want it to do.

I usually start by placing an INITIALS box and then click on TEXT. Then I drag the text box to where I want it and then resize it to fix the area I want to fill in.
