No I do not run out, exhaust, waste, tire, have no more, wear out, weaken, deplete, run dry, get cleaned out, lose, expire, or cease to find words, to describe, characterize, define, portray, summarize, detail, chronicle, record, declare, boast, specify, spin a yarn, recount or represent my listings.

Any other questions, inquiries, queries, investigations, inquests, polls, third degrees or interrogations you'd like to make? 

I'm adding new words all the time; I highlight words and phrases I like or don't know in books I read often; for later use.

I would always rely on a thesaurus for that task.... and I use it frequently....

It's easy to be in a habit of using the same words in our writing, and even in our conversations. Listing lingo is not different. On the other hand one can go overboard on using flowery language to embellish listing descriptions

Where is Marte Cliffe?  She always tells us how we use too many words in a sentence or run on at the mouth.

Thank you for the recommendations, I do run out of words to describe vacant one acre parcels.

That is why I keep a book of past flyers.

I frequently use a thesaurus when I hit a wall for a word. 

I don't typically run out of words, but this chart seems to have more descriptions useful for people than homes.

These are some great examples of homonyms.

I usually have no trouble describing my listings and using a variety of words that will create appeal. I am a huge fan of the thesaurus.

Amanda is our primary listing agent, and for good reason.  When I used to do our listing descriptions I would use the word "spacious" a minimum of 10 times before she corrected and changed it up.  TOWERING and MAMMOTH would probably work!  LOL!

I never run out of descriptive words.  I have a Thesaurus Rex in my yard (Thesaurus Rex - A dinosaur known for it's unusually large vocabulary).

There are so many words we cant use between the PC crowd and the "sue happy" crowd, what is left?

I learned in a GRI class ages ago that verbs that address the senses are the best way to describe a property.  Very hard to get into the habit of doing.

KISS. I find overuse of fluffy words to describe a home's features distracting. Convey simply and clearly, and don't go over the reader's head. Use power words in short sentences.
