I don't see one as more important than any other

Truth is the core of everything....

We don't have it in DC or Virginia.  So this stuff varies by jurisdiction and should be covered carefully by your teacher.

All are top priorities, none less than others. But I do emphasize loyalty like Inna Ivchenko mentions.

Honestly, I think all of them are important.  But the most important would be CONFIDENTIALITY because no one wants a blabber-mouth realtor telling anyone all of your business.

All of them, but especially honesty and loyalty.

Loyalty.  Everything else follows.
