Panama City, FL
Truth is the core of everything....
Golden Meadow, LA
We don't have it in DC or Virginia. So this stuff varies by jurisdiction and should be covered carefully by your teacher.
I think the name says it all.
All of them
Patricia Kennedy has a great post .
All are important in real estate.
All are top priorities, none less than others. But I do emphasize loyalty like Inna Ivchenko mentions.
My answer remains unchanged from previous responses to this query.
''One of the most fundamental fiduciary duties an agent owes to the principal. The duty obligates a real estate broker to act at all times, solely in the best interests of the principal, excluding all other interests, including that of the broker.''
I con't believe there is one. Aren't they ALL essential?
They are all important.
Jamie Anderson They are all equally important. Violate any one of them and we may have to visit you on Sunday's.
Honestly, I think all of them are important. But the most important would be CONFIDENTIALITY because no one wants a blabber-mouth realtor telling anyone all of your business.
All of them, but especially honesty and loyalty.
Loyalty ▪ Confidentiality ▪ Disclosure Obedience ▪ Reasonable care and diligence ▪ Accounting
Loyalty. Everything else follows.
They are all equally important.
