I went to an Open House recently where they were using that. It made me very uncomfortable because the agent was standing over me while I filled it out, you can't go to the next 'page' without filling something out on the previous page, I explained several times that I was a Realtor and the Agent kept saying, "It's for legal reasons we need you to sign in," and then the solicitation afterward was unbearable.
Like anything else, it depends on how you use it.

I read about this app several years ago and wished that it had an android component, but it did not at the time.
Now I am off to a Surface with Win 10 on it, I should check for an app for that now.
Thanks for the reminder Bill!

Never heard of it. I've had a very mixed bag with using sign-ins. I've used Mailchimp to add them to my email list or a piece of paper.

Yes I use open house pro and like how it tracks the prospects and impresses them too.
