If you are trying to use google Analytics or webmaster tools (which I think is renamed to search console or something), you can't.  No scripts are allowed on AR.

However, you can do this for the outside blog on here, if you have one.  I forget how because I did it close to 6 yrs ago.  But, you can do a search on AR to find this info (as that's how I figure out how to do it back then).

You are trying to verify your home pages as a site with G's html code?

AFAIK - it can't be done on AR - you can always see if you are indexed but can't verify yourself as a site.

After all AR is NOT your site, you are a user within a site - there is a big difference

That won't be allowed as you do not own active rain or your homepage.  It can only be done on a site you own and can insert code into.

This only allows me to find my AR account.....

What may work for me is I have an unique Please call me..." that give me several pages of  hits.  But apparently it is on just first page now..... They changed the rules again......

A few of my blogs show up is from G+.  As for the rest of social media it is nada. A few years ago people can find me easier.

Rules just changed again not favoring best annotated back linked structured blogs through AR. 

I remember this discussion a couple of years ago but not in the last year. Follow Ronald Gombach instructions and see if it works.

I do not think you can. Correct me if I am wrong but I do not think you can do this. I am not saying that your posts will not index with Google but not your profile or as you say AR home page.
