realty juggler, http://realtyjuggler.com It is the easiest CRM ever, it has everything you need to effectively run your business. It is web enabled and works on your laptop, tablet & phone.
You can also have separate accounts for assistants, buyers agents and assign tasks for the master account.
$99 for the year after a 3 month free trial. The best feature is that they have youtube tutorials on every page but most tabs are self explanitory.

Tara,
WE all know what you mean. There's just too much shiny stuff packed into CRM that bring NO VALUE.
To stay out of the rabbit hole what you must first do is an analysis of your business needs. The questions you will answers are:
Do I need a website? What is it's purpose?
What exactly do I want my CRM to do?
- Keep a list of names and number
- A searchable list of names, number, notes and customized categories
- Drip email campaigns for outboud (1980's marketing)
- IP tracking for inbound marketing 2015 marketing.
- Newsletter
- Affilated print and mail services
- Integration of leads into follow up campaigns
- Bi-lingual
- Email with embed video
- Checklists
It is important to note that the greatest cost of any CRM is not in the purchase but in the defining, testing, validation, training and implementing. Legacy systems such as TopProducer have incredibly extended learning curves, way too many bells and to much 'nickle and dime' going on. Too often, by the time those are completed you are in too deep to get out. That is why having a clear goal, and strategy at the start is important.
For me WiseAgent.com and SurgerCRM.com have been the solutions I favor and recommend. No credit card needed to start, but like all of them, you need a plan to best use that trial period.

I use outlook, price and continuity are the main reasons.
Though I do often envy those with more powerful systems, I am not sure about the investment in time and subscription fees for most.

I am using Wise Agent and am very happy. I have several friends who use REalty Juggler and love it
The key, unless you are old school, is to have something and use it!

I have used Top Producer, IXact, Realty Juggler and Referral Maker. Liked each for a different reason but Referral Maker was my favorite. TP was awesome just had so much that I could get lost working in the system and not in/on my business.

I use Top Producer. It's the only one I've ever used. Very powerful program but I don't like the fact that I can't have an off-line backup without going through some major difficult hurdles.

Mine is tied to my website and I am very happy the way it works and how it is easy to have consumers sign up and I can manage it. It is through Market Leader.

I use ActiveCampaign.
I found it easy to use and it's only $9/month. You can buy for the year at 15% off, so you pay about $90/yr.

Hi Tara, check out IXACT Contact. It's one of the most user-friendly CRM programs available. Awesome value because it includes everything you need for keeping organized and staying in touch with your contacts. There's no contract (unlike Top Producer who locks you in for a year). Give the 5 week free trial a shot, you have nothing to lose!

Hi Tara,
I've used Top Producer for over 10 years. It manages all aspects of my business; contacts, listings, closings, marketing, etc. The best feature is its ability to integrate with over 80 lead providers. When an inquiry is made, it's funneled directly into TP where an action plan can be automatically attached to the lead.

I use a spreadsheet to track clients and their source. That's just fine for my needs. I don't have a desire or need for a system to do drip campaigns or get 100s of new users a day through advertising, website captures, etc.

We use 2 CRMs. We use Market Leader CRM because it has a whole suite of tools, such as a home search widget, IDX, and the marketing suite. They bought Smarter Agent some time ago. They use Shutterfly to do their printing and mailings. It saves us a ton of time to have it all in one place. The prices are very reasonable and competitive.
We also use them because we don't have to import leads from our websites into the CRM. They automatically get put in the CRM on Market Leader. We can also run CL ads right from the system.
Market leader also adds "white pages" to our CRM. When a lead signs up for listing alerts, the system searches for their gmail address, facebook account and other social media accounts. With a click I can see their FB page and get to know them somewhat before sending them mail, calling them, etc.
The other CRM we use is one that Nestor uses, it is called Daylite for Mac. He does not like all his contacts in the cloud online only. So he uses Daylite on his mac which backs up to the cloud but has a copy of everything on his hard drive. It is a very robust app for mac users. He does all his projects, follow up, etc on Daylite. He has an app on his iPhone for it as well.

I've used Top Producer for donkey's years -- probably since they were pretty much the only option out there.

Mine is built into my website and works great - I've been using it for over 10 years and would hate to be without it
If you have a website without this feature and you are with a big name brokerage, then I would go with something like Top Propducer, they have drips already available for the named brand brokerages - there are so many out there though you sure have a lot from which to choose

I have used Top Producer in the past, but switched over to Realty Juggler since it was only $99 per year subscription, and I never used all the features that Top Producer had, and it was a nice savings to switch over.

I have used several and find them all invaluable to follow up and keep track of clients and prospects.

We use E-Contacts and it is through our broker - it is one of the fees that are part of our yearly contract Tara Mallane-Mann. We do not use all of it's features though.
