WOW! Sounds like someone may have wanted to sell that unit himself and get both sides? Have run into that one. Bold enough where they said, "don't worry, if your buyer falls through I already have one." Some do not play well in the sandbox.

Hi Paul - Wow. What an attitude. Property managers live in a different universe, and they can stay there. We have very little crossover in Colorado, and the state just started licensing property managers - maybe they'll get better, having to answer to the real estate commission.
