You might want to rethink this whole approach. Automation is great up to a point, but I think that getting an unsolicited video message after giving up my email address to look at listings on a web site would be too much of a good thing. At some point, you have to start "banking human".

Katerina has a good suggestion. And perhaps it's time for an official assistant

Have you tried Zapier? It is a great way to create the shortcuts. I pay for the $20 a month program. I use it to save steps when people sign up for a webinar, I can tall Zapier to: when x signs up for gotowebinar, add x to gotowebinar and then add to my email list. It can do all sorts of things like that.
I also have a virtual assistant team that can put the pieces together for you. Katerina

I sat through a really great webinar with Ryan Melville showing integration of Follow UP Boss with Zapier. I was totally blown away with the degree of automation that can be achieved. Click here to watch
What you’ll learn:
- How Ryan uses Smart Lists and time blocking to be able to follow up with over 100 leads in a 2 hour session
- His ‘catch all’ smart list that guarantees no lead will ever slip through the cracks on him
- His simple but effective tagging system
- Why he chooses smart lists over task automation through action plans (Hint: it’s less clicks and makes tasks really MEAN something for him)
- How he automates direct mail, moving leads to his website for listing alerts, and his sign call/listing info system

The answer from Nestor & Katerina Gasset may help you and I suggest you re-think(or re-phrase) your response to the one you left to Patricia Kennedy.

This is why I have a one stop shop situation - I don't use TP anymore (it's been years) and everything I have works seemlessly!

They say this is a people business, and with that in mind, you also may have to consider that a person may need to coordinate these transitions.
I would suggest hiring an assistant who can be trained to do an excellent job of making sure these leads are handled properly.

Go to your BombBomb people and ask them about some resources. This is the type of business they do.

Really makes me wihs I knew a programer that I could have develop a system for lead flow, that can handle any auto follow up schedul I want, and also send it to the major CRM's at the same time.... Then market it to agents! :)

I recommend getting a contractor, maybe from Fiverr. Joy Bender has had good luck with them doing simple tasks.

Hi Micah - I have been unable to find anyone willing to allow a video imbed in an e-mail. I was told that it was a very dangerous practice from a cyber-security perspective.

I'm sure there is. I don't know of anyone that will do that. Did you ask BombBomb?

Big brokerages hire assistants to filter through and give REAL LEADS to agents as incentives to stay with them. This online leads does not work there.

Lots of quality code jockeys on Craigslist.
I would advise getting rid of the elephant and finding something that can dance.
VideoSpike and Timerspike would be places to look.

You may be able to find a geeg somewhere, but I would definitely look over their shoulder so you never have to have another person do it for you. I might even video tape the procedure.

I wish I knew someone, Micah. You need to find someone that can handle API's and can do some creative programming.
