I'm a creature of habit, to say the least....and I have a "ritual" for everything....my children insist that I'm OCD....

Coffee and Active Rain!

My morning at home is pretty routine,  it includes puppy kisses and kittens in my lap.  My work day begins at the office with whatever I'm faced with when I get there.

Open my eyes; the rest just falls into place very quickly!

Checking email and messages is a good way to start, with your coffee nearby.

I do.  Practice makes perfect.  That's the goal and I've been working on it for years.

My morning ritual begins with logging in here on AR.

I do.  

Wake up at 4:45 a.m.  Heat water for tea and then I start a 90 minute meditation I was introduced to 3 years ago.  In that time it affirmations and gratitude focused.  After that it's either off to the gym for 60 minutes of training or it's catching up on the newsfeeds/ it depends upon which day of the week it is.  Some morning it's early gym, other's its end of the day.  

Work day starts at 7:30 a.m. and the rest is history.

The meditation started as a 30 minute progression and has grown to 90 minutes.  It's an 8 year series.  It's made a HUGE difference in my day/life/productivity/happiness, etc....

As I study the top performers in our industry and others they all have morning "rituals" .  Success leaves clues.....

I am like Barbara Todaro a creature of habit..always have a morning ritual!

Coffee first, feed cat, more cofeer, go to gym, more coffee... get dressed,more coffee.

ABSOLUTELY.  On rare occasion with that ritual is not followed ... it feel off and out of sorts all day!

I have to have my coffee and exercise. After that it depends on when the first appointments of the day begin.

When consciousness beckons, I answer without hesitation. Suri and me have a quick huddle. Visit the wake-up center, then the coffee and of course my laptop comes to attention. The birds beckon, the day dawns and we go!

Sure do, check emails, listen to voice mails and then check AR as i eat breakfast. Post my blog, leave some comments onmy facvorite blog and hit the road. When i stray from my morning AR time, the afternoon and evening often is too busy to come back

I try to do AR, blog if I have an inspiration - then settle down and work leads

Good morning Peter. Two hours of social media, work out for 30-60 minutes and then breakfast.

Getting up is step one. 

Taking some time for myself after getting up is step two, and this could take ten minutes to an hour. 

Curse the alarm clock and wish I could get more sleep.

Not usually, but I eventually end up at my computer.

When I wake up, I say few affirmation, run to take my kid to school, listen to news on the way back, getting coffee, feed my pets.... and start my day.
