If it is a priority, it will get done. Be realistic and don't allow yourself to get bogged down on "busy work".  If it doesn't get you closer to your goal, it isn't a priority!

Most people that get into sales cannot stand the idea of the "confinement" that a time-blocked day offers. Those that give the Robbins method a try seem to hate it and tend to live miserably until they discard the theory. We are free spirits on a mission. You don't need a daily playbook for that--just a generalized theme and for everyone to get out of our way...

I don't time block... spend too much time "unblocking."

Prepare a daily schedule in 30 minute increments.  Carve out 2 hours to prospect.  Stick to your schedule.

I like to time block on my iphone calendar. It will alert me when I need to take care of my next task.

I have never used time blocking. Motivation and determination work better for me.

Working from home can be difficult if that is your goal - write down your tasks and follow your list.

The must do's go first and time is allocated to get these done. Then the next items are the items I would like to get done and that time is more flexible. When something is important you don't allow interruptions and put your head down and do it.

Self discipline.  Isolate yourself from ALL distractions ... turn your phone on silent and leave it alone turning time blocks.  It works if you work it. 

Yes, go to the gym at 6 am and than you will be ready to be productive.

I have a schedule for certain things that I adhere to; the schedule is revised the day or night before for any appointments or changes in the work plan.

The only two things set in granite are The Ten Commandments ( that I have not seen) and a grave stone( I do not want to see mine)!
