Yes it is irritating, and the worst ones are those at the end of the news articles on that little google news app on android.

"Curiousity killed the cat" and I prefer living so I generally stay away from sites or ads I don't know.

I'm like Lisa Von Domek and I rarely click.  The same as unfinished blogs or questions that attempt to lead me somewhere I do not wish to go!

Yes, very irritating and it is happening more and more. Articles designed to get you to click, many ads all over and very little substance as you sometimes have to scroll through pages of "baits".

Redirection is another thing, fortuantely I use Firefox and have Noscript installed and it blocks redirection so I feel pretty safe

Yes it happens and I don't like it. If I can't get out of it fast, I will click off the site.

I've had to stop following a couple news sources on Facebook because they were full of those.

I never click on anything that I'm not absolutely sure about....

Lots of websites use clickbait.  Even large well known media sites.

It has been a while since that happened to me.

I  hate that stuff, it's really rampant on FB and I don't even bother to click on anything anymore. 

Yes, that's why I usually check only Following and Followers, Featured, and first timers. 

I rarely click - I've learned my lesson. I can't imagine it's something I can't live without or don't need to know

Haha it drives me crazy.  I avoid it.  I hate it when there's a misleading picture that has nothign to do with the landing page.

I try my best not to click on any sites that promise what appears to be too good to be true.  And, if I do, I use a stealth browser so I can't be identified and it won't download any malware.

I usually err on the cautious side and click nothing...I know I am probably missing some things, but I know I am missing really bad ones too!

 I am extremely cautious about that!
