We avoid like the plague anything to do with Z or T

I am leary of anyone sending out content in any format that I have not seen

Not really, I prefer my own content, I do read other blogs but prefer to generate my own stuff.  

Good morning Rebecca. Most of my Realtor referral partners have nothing to do with Zillow.

Not, and not going. But good luck to all who uses that subscription. Hope, it will bring you some business. 

I would forego promoting the "Go To Realtor" tag line - it violates the NAR trademark - as I remember getting "spanked" for something similar in my early days!

Zillow does not provide services in our great nation.  In any event, I don't pay for lead service companies.

I too made great efforts to avoid Z & T.

I did not know that … and I would not be interested if I did.  I own my own stuff on my own site … and generate my own leads.

I have not...I don't deal with NON-Professional sites that use my listings to steal away my clients and try to get me to pay for them...When we auit doikng this we will make more money on the work we do
