Yes, I actually reviewed my goals on Sunday and made some course corrections. I take every Sunday off, so it helps me recharge the batteries for the Mon-Sat 70 hour weeks.

It's only when I go the synagogue that I get re-jew-vinated.

I appreciate this question today.  I have been taking 2 hours every day just to take care of myself.  Getting more done and resting better too.

Rejuvenation for me is every time I have a surf session. I can ride my bike, take a long walk with my lovely wife or go to my Y and have a great workout and I'll feel good for an hour or so.

But it's only when I have a long surf session that I really feel rejuvenated and the endorphins stay with me almost all day long. The most natural and euphoric feeling in the world.

Absolutely! That is what MY weekends are for! I went up to Delray to the festival on Saturday and to Miami Beach for that big festival yesterday then came home and floated in my pool. What gorgeous weather we lucky Floridians have been having:)

No it was a very busy weekend with 4 sets of buyers, and taking a new listing.

I'm a firm believer in the need to step away and rejuvenate.  I felt rejuvenated Friday night and the rest of the weekend ate all of that up and more...

I usually have to take time off during the week, right now the weekends are too busy.

I worked all weekend so i think I wore myself out more than helped.

A little refreshinging on Sundays, that is what God designed a day off for.

Growing up on a farm where a day off is never possible, I left for college with the goal of living a life with Sundays off.  It does not always work out that way but i try to at least make Sunday an easy day.

I worked and got some rest but am feeling like a need a vacation and to really get away.

I always find time to rejuvenate....I don't wait until the weekend....
