I really like Conrad Allen (NAR code of ethics) and Candice A. Donofrio custom answers. For me, I'd say those too and here's mine:

  1. demonstrate competence in your work
  2. demonstrate character in how you interact with others (all others).
  3. be respected first, liked second
  4. have a business plan you consult weekly
  5. have goals you schedule daily, review your today, yesterday, know where you are going each day when you wake up.
  6. have boundaries you respect, so other will
  7. under promise, over deliver: create Wow!
  8. Givers Gain: so network, share ideas and give first, ask, then receive
  9. remember to breathe; this too shall pass; nothing in real estate is fatal, so relax, take a walk, schedule buffers in your day and smile.
  10. have an accountability partner, a mentor or a coach, don't be isolated.
